We Love Rugby are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as an Official Travel Agent of Rugby World Cup 2011, New Zealand™.

Packages will go on sale in February 2010 with a range of options to suit all travellers including escorted tours and match packages for all matches from the Pool Games right through to the 2011 Final.

It is a well known fact that it is difficult winning in New Zealand and the Wallabies are going to need all the support they can get when they venture across the Tasman.

Over 1,500 fans travelled with We Love Rugby to France 2007 and we expect that to be dwarfed by New Zealand 2011.

Be a part of what promises to be a sensational tournament in a country of rugby fanatics - this really will be the trip of a lifetime!

A tale from our 2007 tour - on tour with the Wallabies

We Love Rugby tourists received the thrill of a lifetime when members of the Wallaby team joined our tour buses at Rugby World Cup 2007, France.

After a disappointing loss to England in the quarter-finals in Marseilles members of the Rugby World Cup 2007 touring team joined our passengers for the final two weeks.

Touring members included; Berrick Barnes, Matt Dunning, Adam Freier, Stephen Hoiles, Julian Huxley, Drew Mitchell, Cameron Shepherd & Morgan Turinui. Those players joined former Wallabies & tour hosts Brendon Cannon, Scott Bowen, Phil Kearns & Peter FitzSimons.

It was a great time for both the fans & the players & here is a testimonial from Adam Freier.

To Warren and Wallaby Travel,

Losing in the Quarter-Final against England was definitely not part of the Wallaby plan, but when Wallaby Travel asked my team mates and I if we would join a tour group, I jumped at the chance.

The thought of travelling on a bus with people that weren’t my team mates seemed a little odd a first, but I was quick to be part of new team…The ‘Peter Fitzsimons Tour Bus.’ We visited winery after winery as well as experiencing fine French cultures and historical land marks. The highlight for me personally was the surprise visit of Peter Cosgrove and Normandy, just one of the special moments I will never forget.

Not only were your staff great people, the fellow travellers with us were as passionate as they were accommodating. There were so many characters and clowns and there was always laughter and good times.

It wasn’t the perfect result for us as Wallabies but being part of the true Wallaby supporters and travelling as a rugby fan really made me feel so proud to be an Australian.

I can’t say if I will see you next time, I will playing in the Final in Rugby World Cup 2011, but if the tour is as good as Rugby World Cup 2007, France, I may have to work something out with the coaches!

Many Thanks.
Adam Freier
