IMPORTANT: If you are an Australian Resident, please choose Plan J (Australian Domestic). If you are a Non-Australian Resident, please choose Plan LNON (Non-Australian Residents travelling to Australia).

Please ensure that you carefully read through the Policy Wording document to ensure you understand what your policy will cover you for.

If you have a Pre-Existing medical condition, you may need to complete an ‘Under age 81 Medical Form’ - please refer to pages 17-21 of the Policy Wording for full explanation. For all passengers over the age of 81, an 'Over age 81 Medical Form' must be completed.
