About this Tour

With 14 matches, sightseeing and travel throughout Japan and Beijing over 45 days, this is the most comprehensive rugby tour available to rugby fans. Take your time to read through the itinerary to understand what we will be seeing.

Our Land of the Rising Sun tour will take you on a journey through the ‘land of contrasts’ – traditional versus modern, nature versus urban. This tour will incorporate 14 world-class rugby matches with Japan’s iconic sights and provide opportunities to immerse yourself and connect with Japan’s eccentric culture delving deeper into Japan’s rich past, present and future.

Our Mid Tour Options

Back again after the success of our 2007 Tour to France and 2015 Tour to England are our options for you to pick and choose the cities you visit during the Tournament.

The idea of these options is to allow you to mix and match. It's flexible enough that you can be together in the same hotel with your friends in Tokyo or Fukuoka during the Tournament but in between matches you can choose to see different parts of Japan or venture to Beijing, China. You and your roommate may want to stay in Tokyo whereas your friends on the tour may want to visit Kyoto between the quarters & semi-finals. Then between the semi-finals and the Final you may all want to visit Osaka together - the choice is yours!

This also means that if you have friends doing a shorter or longer tour you can take the same Mid Tour Options to catch up during the Tournament.

The itineraries for each tour can be found by clicking here
