Brisbane is the location for this Tri Nations match between Australia and South Africa, in what looms as a thrilling weekend. You need to make your own way to the game, which is accessible via public transport, but you may also wish to have a look around or grab something to eat, with plenty of pubs and restaurants located around Suncorp Stadium.
Suncorp Stadium, formally known as Lang Park, has one of the best atmospheres for live sport in the world. The ground was originally named in 1914 but underwent a $280,000,000 redevelopment in 2003 which helped it maintain its ‘cauldron’ image and now there isn’t a bad seat in the stadium. The ground which is also famous for its memorable State of Origin rugby league matches is sure to be a sell out as the Qantas Wallabies look to demolish the Springboks.
After the game you find yourself a spot amongst thousands of rugby fans at one of the many pubs surrounding the stadium or maybe even a meal at one of the local restaurants.
