Flights are with Emirates in economy class ex-Sydney (via Dubai) based on our core tour dates:

Note that business class fares with Emirates currently start from around $16,000 per person including taxes.

Flights are only available for people booked on our Rugby World Cup escorted tours.

Payments

A $1,000 per person deposit is required at time of booking to secure your flights. Final balance is due by Friday 30 June.

Minimum passenger numbers

Our group airfares require a minimum of 10 people travelling on each flight, if we do not achieve this minimum number we will contact you with a quote for an individually tailored fare.

Airport Coach Transfers

Coach transfers between our arrival/departure airports and our tour hotels are included with our group flights.

Note that the group flight for our quarter-final to final tours lands in Lyon from where our coach transfer will take the group on to Marseille.

Please note that for bookings outside of these tour dates you will be required to arrange your own way to/from our tour hotels.

Seat Requests

Special requests for seating (window/aisle) can be advised, however are not guaranteed. We are not able to take specific seating requests such as Row 10, Seat A as this is not able to be guaranteed until check in. Seating is not confirmed until check-in at the airport and is at the discretion of the Emirates check in staff.

Passport & Visas

Australian and New Zealand passport holders do not require a visa to travel to France for stays up to 90 days. You will need at least six months validity on your passport to enter the country.

We Love Rugby are not responsible for passport, visa requirements, entry, health or other requirements of the countries visited or for any loss sustained by the passenger for failing to comply with laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements. Non Australian passport holders are responsible for arranging any extra visas and re-entry requirements.
